Recruiting Sales Admin Staff

• Be the information liaison between the Sales team and other departments at the Company Office.

• Receive project information from the Department Head, get detailed information/requirements (make a quote and send email to customers).

• Support sales staff in preparing delivery to customers (making delivery records, sales invoices).

• Recommend stationery.

• In charge of business administrative tasks: prepare & store economic contracts, agreements, principle contracts (notice of debt norms); drafting documents and contracts;

• Receive information and reports from staff in the department. Review the content before submitting it to the Head of Sales for approval.

• Update SO from new software to old software during software testing;

• Perform other tasks as directed by the Department Head.
